Warranty Policy
Warranty Conditions:
– Within the warranty period stated on the warranty card, products manufactured by the company will be warranted, repaired, or have parts replaced free of charge for all defects caused by the manufacturer under normal usage conditions.
– Products eligible for warranty must be genuine products and installed and used in accordance with the user instructions.
– Warranty service will only be provided when customers present the warranty card with fully completed information to the company’s warranty staff.
Cases Not Covered by Free Warranty:
– Failure to present the warranty card when requesting repair service.
– Information on the warranty card is incomplete or does not match the actual product.
– Damage caused by transportation, natural disasters, and chemical exposure.
– Damage caused by improper installation, usage, or storage, failure to follow the instruction manual, or failure to comply with warnings shown on the product.
– Natural wear and tear during use or damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions where the product is installed.
After the warranty period expires, customers will be responsible for all service and repair costs charged by the manufacturer.
