– In cases where customers wish to receive goods at another location (such as construction sites, factories, etc.), we will arrange door-to-door delivery through transportation service providers.
– Customers are responsible for 100% of the shipping costs.
For deliveries within Hanoi city, customers will be supported with 100% free shipping.
2. Goods Receiving Policy
– After receiving the goods, customers are responsible for checking the products carefully.
– Please inform the delivery staff immediately if there are any damages, scratches, breakages, dents, or deformations caused during transportation.
